Citrus Oil Concentrates

In addition, we make citrus-oil concentrates purely as flavourings, and they are commonly used in powdered soft drinks and sweets. The range includes naartjie, orange, lime and lemon.

They are pure, natural products with BHA as an antioxidant, produced from highly concentrated oils from the fruit skins.

These oils are difficult to apply in liquid form, oxidize easily, but when used in this spray dried form they give extended shelf life to products and do limit oxidation.
