Creamers

We manufacture a full range of dairy creamers, soya based and non allergenic creamers, for various applications not just limited to the whitening of beverages.

The fat % of the creamers ranges from 18% to 50%.

They also have applications in the baking industry such as fillers, thickeners and they add a creamy mouth feel to baked goods. Their application is extensive in soups, gravy mixes, milkshakes, soft serve ice creams and nutritional drinks. These cost effective substitutes for milk powder include the following product range.

Sunspray Ice Creamer is designed to replace milk powder and at least 50% of whey powder and vegetable fat in ice cream sorbet. It contains milk solids.

Sunspray Econocreamer 18% is spray-dried vegetable fat with a maltodextrin carrier and can be used to whiten coffee and tea alike. We use no milk solids in it.

Sunspray Coffee Creamer 24% is our medium-fat non-dairy creamer that brings out the full flavour of coffee. It too is used in many foodstuffs.

Superior Creamer 30%, Sunspray Creamer 30% gluten free, and Supreme Creamer 34%, Non Allergenic creamer 30% are non dairy coffee and tea creamers, available for use in food industry applications.

40% and 50% fat, creamers are also produced.
